This is the most exciting step! After ordering all the material, we will give you a project schedule. Our experienced finish carpenters and other trades will skilfully complete your project on time and as scheduled. Final walk through will be done after everything is completed to ensure your absolute satisfaction.
IN-HOME CONSULTATION
We visit your home and provide inputs and ideas on your kitchen and bath renovation project right from layout, appliance placement, island location, traffic, countertop size and location, etc. Also included in this service is a complete measurement of walls, ceilings, bulkheads, appliances as well as plumbing and vent locations. This is a service that is offered with a nominal fee to qualified customers and is fully reimbursed when you purchase a kitchen renovation from us.
START TO FINISH RENOVATION
As homeowners, we all want the peace of mind and security that our renovation is in good hands. We also want a single party to start and finish the project with everything in between. This results in fewer headaches and a better outcome for everyone.

We understand that each individual project will have it’s own unique design and construction work scope, but we feel it’s beneficial for the clients to know the general design and project steps and build a scope according to that when they are considering a renovation/construction project.

1. Showroom appointment & estimate
We’d like to meet you in our showroom first to get to know you, your house, your needs, your project and your vision. We will ask questions and listen. You will ask questions as well and we will thoroughly explain the other steps, discuss costs and timelines. At the end of this step, you will have a clear understanding of everything.
2. Home visit and consultation
This service is offered with a nominal fee to qualified customers and is fully reimbursed when you finalize your project with us. The designers will visit your home to gather more information, take measurements and photos of the space taking notes of all the details required to continue developing your design project. A design appointment is then booked to review the design and renderings.
3. Plan development & design presentation
Your designer will create a plan and a few renderings based on the measurements taken and all the other details. We’ll go over the preliminary layout and design at the design appointment and review them together. At this stage we can add or remove anything you want or don’t need and somewhat finalize selection and material. Your quote will be adjusted based on the changes.
4. Final quote and presentation
This will be your 2nd design appointment and for most people their last. At this stage your design, colors and materials will be finalized and a final and complete quote is given to you. At the end of this session we have everything we need to put all the pieces together and order your cabinets and other pieces.
